Cancellation Policy
We at NW Care Pharma care for our customers. To maintain healthy relations with our valued customers, we have introduced an easy cancellation policy.
A customer can cancel his/her order if
Received incorrect medicine(s)
Ordered incorrect quantity
Ordered incorrect strength
Mistakenly ordered a medicine
Refund
If you need a refund for your order; you can simply apply for a refund on support@nwcarepharma.com, just keep your invoice details handy. After your refund is approved it will reflect in your bank account within 24 to 48 business hours. For cancellation or refund of your order, all you need to do is get in touch with our customer service representative and he/she will assist you for quick resolution of your query.
Reorder
When a customer opts for reorder instead of refund, he/she is eligible for reordering any medicine form our website of the same cancellation value. For e.g., if the value of cancelled order was $500, then the customer is eligible to place an order of $500 for any medicine available on NwCare Pharma. If the customer chooses to reorder rather than refund, then he/she must reorder of equivalent amount, partial reorder is not accepted. For cancelled order of $200 a reorder must be of $200 only, if a customer’s order value exceeds $200, then they’ll have to pay the difference.
More Details:
- A customer can cancel or modify his/her order before the shipping process starts. Regardless of strength & quantity, the same order will be cancelled
- A customer can even modify his/her order before shipping process starts.
- After cancelling of the order our customers can choose between Refund or Reorder
- A customer can either opt for a full refund or reorder of equivalent amount
